Appointed Managing Director of Rosewood Mayakobá in February 2007, Pablo E. Graf, distinguished industry veteran, has over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry. In his 22 years of employment at Hyatt International, where he began his career, Graf held multiple management positions around the world and was responsible for the openings of Park Hyatt Dubai, Hyatt Regency Warsaw, Grand Hyatt Delhi and Hyatt Regency Hua Hin - all extremely successful five-star hotels. He also served in executive positions at Hyatt properties in Guadalajara, Bangkok, Hong Kong and Macau, as well as at the Hyatt corporate headquarters in Chicago. Proficient in three languages - English, Spanish and German, Graf is a graduate of Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Business as well as the University of Houston, where he received a degree in hotel and restaurant management.
